Our garden is not just a place of cultivation—it’s a thriving habitat for wildlife.
We share our space with butterflies, moths, dragonflies, damselflies, bumblebees, honeybees, and a variety of native birds and mammals.
We are based just outside Ennis, Co. Clare, in a 250-year-old, 3.5-acre terraced walled garden, which has been undergoing restoration since 2022. We are dedicated to working with nature to produce beautiful flowers, delicious fruit, vegetables, and herbs.

As we continue restoring and expanding our garden, we’re excited to develop a range of handmade cordials, preserves, sauces, and condiments using our organically grown produce. Watch this space for updates!
